It's 12:01 am on July 1st, 2008 and it's official, 1 minute ago Utah Valley State College became Utah Valley University. There were a bunch of activities today on campus, we were going to go but then decided to let Connor go play with his second cousin Ty. Then after he was too tired to go, so we went home. Now I can finally receive my diploma (they were waiting to send them out until after the change because the diplomas say Utah Valley University on them).

Yay for UVU! I wish we could've gone too. I drove by it and it looked way fun. I can't wait to get the degree now!
